    Our friendly customer services team are here to help make sure you enjoy your visit every time you shop at Royal Victoria Place.

    Customer services is located on level 1 opposite the Food Court terrace and our friendly staff will help you with locating shops, transport information and any other queries you may have. You can also pick up a copy of our Centre Guide making it easier to navigate your way around and find all your favourite shops.

    We also love getting your feedback, so while you’re there, please let us know what you think about your shopping experience and if there is there ii anything we can do to help you improve it.
