EXCITING NEW PLANS REVEALED

Local people have been invited to have their say on proposals to redesign Royal Victoria Place to breathe new life into Royal Tunbridge Wells town centre. The proposals include a new cinema on the roof of the shopping centre along with new stores and restaurants.

Nicky Blanchard, Centre Manager of Royal Victoria Place, said she hoped the plans would help the town centre continue to thrive by creating more choice for local people. Shoppers and residents are invited to view the proposals and have their say before a planning application is submitted.

Nicky Blanchard, Centre Manager of Royal Victoria Place said “For Tunbridge Wells to thrive it needs to retain a vibrant retail and leisure offer that meets the needs of local people as well as the many tourists that visit."

“We believe our plans focus on offering the type of space required to attract the type of stores our customers want to see.  We want to play a leading role in supporting the town centre by encouraging more people to visit more often."

Your feedback is important to us. We are interested in hearing your views on our current proposals for the reconfiguration of Royal Victoria Place.
