As a Liz Earle Customer Advisor your role will be to ensure a welcoming and relaxed customer experience whilst providing accurate product information and skincare advice.
You will be pivotal in promoting the Liz Earle brand and all things naturally active by ensuring a fantastic customer journey throughout. This will include using your detailed product knowledge and skincare expertise to answer any customer queries, educating about skincare routines and selecting suitable products. You will also be responsible for ensuring high standards of product presentation and counter cleanliness at all times as well as maintaining adequate stock levels.
The suitable candidate will come from a customer service background, ideally gained within the beauty or retail environment. It is essential that you have a passion and genuine interest in skincare and beauty therapy. You will also have first class interpersonal skills with the ability to empathise with all customers, offering recommendations and advice as appropriate. You will engage with the customer by demonstrating products and offering our tailored Signature Services. You will also drive sales by taking a proactive approach to your day, ensuring team and individual sales targets are reached whilst not compromising the customer experience.
