40 hours per week to include weekend work

The role is to manage the onsite day and twilight cleaning team, with this in mind we would be looking to recruit someone with previous experience in cleaning management preferable in a retail environment.

DUTIES WILL INCLUDE. You will be responsible for the management of the hygiene and cleaning across the entire shopping centre, service areas and car parks. You will manage the day to day operations making sure audits are carried out and the schedules are kept in line with the service level agreement. You will also look after staffing levels for events, wages, recruitment and training of cleaning operatives. Being a direct point of contract with the client you will be used to building and maintaining relationships, acting in a proactive and professional manner with the ability to solve problems and think on your feet.

THE SUCCESSFUL CANDIDATE. Exceptional Management and Customer Service skills with a keen eye for detail and exceptionally high standards. Ideally some financial knowledge regarding budgets, stocks and staffing spends. Have a professional management style and knowledge of HR procedures including recruitment, interviewing, and staff inductions.
