Our friendly and helpful Concierge team are here to make your shopping experience at
Royal Victoria Place a real pleasure. Concierge can help you locate your favourite stores and also offer a range of useful services. Concierge is located on level 2 opposite BHS.
Kiddy Cars
Take advantage of our Kiddy Car Service available from Concierge on level 2. Hiring a Kiddy Car makes shopping fun and easy for those with little ones and can be hired for only £2. We have both single and double cars available for hire and terms and conditions apply.
Playworld
Playworld is a children’s soft play area located on level 2 outside French Connection. Playworld is a kid's activity area designed to let the little ones blow off steam so you can make the most of your day shopping at Royal Victoria Place! Please note that all children must be supervised by a parent or guardian.
Parent & Child Facilities
Our Parent and Baby Room is located in the Food Court and offers private cubicles for feeding. Plus a microwave and bottle warmer are also available to make feeding your little ones convenient and stress-free. Parent & Child Parking Bays are located on level 4 & 6 of
Royal Victoria Place Car Park and provide extra wide bays to make shopping with a pram easier.
Créche
Forget-me-not childcare is accessible from level 8 of
Royal Victoria Place Car Park and caters for children aged between 2 and 8. Children can enjoy playing in a fun and safe environment for up to 3 hours under the care of fully qualified staff, whilst you take some time out to enjoy some retail therapy!
Shopmobility
Shopmobility makes shopping more accessible when you need a bit of help. Wheelchairs and scooters are available for hire from the Shopmobility unit located on level 1 near Next.
Accessible Shopping
Royal Victoria Place provide specific parking spaces situated close to the mall entrances for the convenience of all shoppers. Accessible toilets are located at several locations throughout the mall. Accessible parking bays are located on levels 4 & 6 of
Royal Victoria Place Car Park.
